An established family business for over 35 years
For clock repairs (particularly larger clocks) it is best to email us in the first instance, if possible incuding a photograph, for advice and/or to arrange a call out. We can usually give a rough estimate via a photograph to help you decide if a call out is worth while.
Established in 1979 The Clock Inn is a family business, with over forty years experience in the sale and repair of watches and clocks. Prior to moving our business online and working through Hallmark and Robert James Jewellers, we had two shops in the South East of England: One in Sidcup, Kent and the other in Eltham, South East London.
We now specialise in particular types of clocks only and no longer carry out watch repairs unfortunately.

The Clock Inn Online
Previously having our own shops in Eltham and Sidcup, in 2008 we closed our retail business and ceased our sales business, working via the internet and out of two manufacturing jewellers here in South East London/Kent doing repairs only. At the end of 2019 we moved to working exclusively online, direct with the public and the trade via this website. We are happy to discuss any repairs and/or the supply of watch and clock material. This does mean some smaller repairs may not be cost effective now, due to post or call out costs but we are happy to advise you on this.
Clock and Watch Material
We have a range of material for old and obsolete watches in stock, whereas we can't promise to have everything, some of these parts are now very difficult to get hold of and can either be fitted or supplied only.
Note: When ordering 'material only' please supply as much information as possible (calibre, part number, movement with seconds hand or date work, etc.) as we cannot refund on any parts which have been correctly supplied to order.
